We've spent years on the investing side of the table, analyzing business models and pitches. We know what a raise is evaluating, what a board wants to see, and where the numbers usually break. We've also built inside high-growth and AI companies, and use modern tooling to prioritize pace, scale, and clarity.

Andrew sat on the investment committee at Antler, a global early-stage VC with $1.2B under management, and led more than 25 FinTech, SaaS, and AI investments there. He then co-founded Alcent Capital, an emerging-markets venture firm that invested at Series A and completed multiple SPVs.
Before Antler, he co-founded Equire Finance, an AngelPad-backed M&A advisory firm, and led strategic operations at Fancy.com. Today he runs finance, operations, and go-to-market for growth-stage tech companies as a fractional CFO and COO. Since 2018 he has done part-time M&A research at Harvard Business School.
Andrew holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an M.S. in Finance from Georgetown University, and a B.A. from Connecticut College.
